Epson guarantees that information will only be made available to the user who initially transmitted it, our authorised partners, and Epson itself. These partners are in agreement with Epson's data protection guidelines and apply any data protection laws applicable in Europe.

Epson websites contain links to other websites which are not subsidiaries of Epson. Epson feels obliged to guarantee the safety of your user data and does not hand your user data over to third parties except, as described in this data protection guideline, in such cases in which Epson is allowed to hand personal and/or optional data over to third parties:

(a) if Epson has your agreement for the handing over of information

(b) if Epson is forced to hand over customer information by current laws, court orders or other legal processes

(c) if such disclosure of personal and/or optional data is necessary for the protection of Epson's rights and ownership

(d) if such disclosure of personal and/or optional data is necessary in order to offer suitable service performances to Epson's end user customers including yourself

21. Unauthorised access for disclosure is avoided by the fact that Epson guarantees to save your personal and/or optional data on a secure server which only authorised third parties can access.
